Chrome is baby browser of Google which is said to be work best with Google products. Orkut Started showing a message for people who are using other browsers like Mozilla Firefox and Internet explorer.
This message will be shown when you logout from Orkut. Here is screenshot of advertisement that orkut is displaying after logging out.
Which browser do you use? I personally prefer Google chrome for Gmail and orkut.
